The Digit-al Dozen Does BLING! Gold Glitter Blingtastic

Purchased by Me

Morning friends!

Today is day 4 in BLING week and I'm totally digging what I have to share with you today! A few weeks back I was browsing through Finger Painted and saw this manicure that Lexi had done on a client and instantly fell in love and knew I needed to create my own version.

I'm a tad obsessed with gold glitter bling this week it seems! But nothing wrong with that right ;)

On my thumb, middle and ring nails I started with OPI My Boyfriend Scales The Walls the perfect off white creme and on my accent nails I used my current favourite China Glaze Angel Wings. I sponged on Angel Wings to create a little gold glitter gradient on my non accent nails. Holographic gold glitter be still my heart!

Then I grabbed my Cult Nails Gemstones and sorted through until I found enough champagne coloured gems to make my bow and have accents on the rest of my nails. Lexi had used Swarovski crystals, and those looked amazing, but I'm digging the champagne colour here!

I couldn't narrow down my pictures here because I am in love with this look. So much rhinestones and glitter and bliiiiiiiiiiinnngggggg! I can't contain how much I love bling looks and this week is SO FUN! What do you all think of this look?

Make sure to check out the rest of the Digit-al Dozen!

OPI Couture de Minnie Collection Swatches and Review

Press Sample

Afternoon friends!

I'm double posting today to share with you all some amazing new polishes from the OPI Couture de Minnie Collection. I received 2 fabulous shades to review for you and couldn't wait until the weekend to share!

OPI Chic From Ears to Tail

First up is, OPI Chic From Ears to Tail this is a wonderful bubblegum pink with s super subtle shimmer that really brightens up my skin tone. The pink is bright and fun while still retaining that high class look.

OPI Chic From Ears to Tail

As much as I love the colour of this polish I didn't love the formula. This was 4 coats. It was really streaky and took time to build up as well it was prone to dragging. As well the shimmer was very subtle. I thought it was a creme until I started moving my hands around in the light. Love this colour just wish the formula was a little better.

OPI Innie Minnie Mighty Bow

Next up we have, OPI Innie Minnie Mighty Bow which is all sorts of fabulous. This is a crimson red shimmer that is simply fabulous. It completely feels luxurious and captures the Couture of the collection.

And the best part about this beauty? It's a ONE COAT wonder! This is stunningly beautiful and only needs one coat to be just perfection. If you're into reds you need this one.

I'm loving these colours and Innie Minnie Mighty Bow is a true winner in my books. I just wish the forumla of Chic From Ears to Tail was a little bit better.

What do you think of these polishes? Will you be picking up any from the collection? These will be available starting in June for $10.95 CAD wherever OPI products are sold.

GAH! Every person on the planet should own this polish. It just makes people happy. I had originally planned a whole crazy blinged out manicure, buuuut I felt like Eternal Beauty was blingy enough on its own.

For my blingy accent nail I decided to go with all purple gemstones from Cult Nails as well as some bigger Born Pretty Store studs to give it a little more visual interest other than totally purple.

This is even more holographic than I could capture and I am just GAH in LOVVVEEEE. Do you want this beauty? I know you do ;) What do you think of my blingy accent nail?!

The Digit-al Dozen does BLING: Green and Gold Galore

Press Sample Purchased by Me

Morning friends!

Today is the second day in the Digit-al Dozen's BLING week! Today's manicure is all about green and gold which always feels so rich and luxurious to me.

I started off with the gorgeous Pure Ice Saddle Me Up which is like the less duochrome little sister of China Glaze Running In Circles. Then on my middle nail I decided I needed some bliinnngggg, so I put on China Glaze Angel Wings. Who doesn't love a good gold holographic microglitter?

Then I added some gold stickers from Born Pretty Store. These stickers are crazy easy to use and add an instant bling look. All you have to do is peel them off the sheet, place on your nail and then trim with cuticle scissors. You can use regular scissors as well, but the cuticle scissors help get as close as possible.

I love how easy these are to use, and they create a luxurious feel with such little effort! The gold embossed stickers can be purchased here for $2.98 for a huge sheet that you'll never run out of! Also you can use my 10% off code SA7 X31 so they these are even less expensive with free worldwide shipping!

What are your thoughts on this green and gold blinged look?! Make sure you check out the rest of the Digit-al Dozen!
