Geometry Rocks

Hey Guys!

Today I have a pretty wicked stamping mani that I did a week or so ago to share with you. I had finished swatching for the night and needed something with a little in your face awesomeness so I turned to my stamping plates. I pretty much just pulled out a bunch of random plates with all sorts of geometric patterns and went to work!

I used my go to Milani White On The Spot on all my nails and then started to stamp! I started with BM19 and Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Vigorous Violet on my pinky. Then I used BM-322 and Wet n Wild Black Creme for the awesome houndstooth on my ring nail. I loved this so much that I stamped with it again on my thumb. Seriously this stamp will be making another appearance. It's awesome. On my middle nail I used MASH-45 and Essie Watermelon to give it a little more colour. Finally I finished off by going back to black and using BM-319. End result = super awesome geometric look.

Please ignore the little bit of overlap on my index nail. For some reason sometimes when I stamp the image seems to 'jump' a little and I end up missing the tip of my nail and have to restamp that part. I'm sure I'm just not lining it up right, but I think I am each time! lol!

One thing I loved about these nails is when I showed them to my mom she instantly asked me to do the exact same on her! I was shocked! She was going away for the weekend and she said she's never received so many compliments from random people and cashiers and the like. I wore these for 4 days because I just liked them too much to take off.

What are your thoughts on geometric stamps? Do you like this kind of skittled stamp look?

Hope you are having a wonderful Friday my dears! :) Woohooo Weekend!
