Morning Guys! Ok so I'm a tad behind right now, this post was supposed to go up yesterday and my Geometric Challenge nails were supposed to be up at 6:30AM this morning. I completely crashed last night and totally forgot about both of these. SO here are the last day of the Digit-al Dozen Week, and my challenge nails will be up as soon as I can edit the pictures :)
Since I love my skittles so much I figured that I needed to get one in that was Valentine's Day themed. I didn't really have any inspiration for these, I just grabbed a gradient of red to light pink and some gold glitter and went for it!
These were so glittery and fun. I actually wore these through last weekend when I was working on my term paper and every time I would get discouraged I just looked at how sparkly and happy my nails were and I got another wind. Pretty nails totally help in that department :D
The polishes I used to create this fun skittle are,
Deborah Lippmann Shape of My Heart
Essie Knockout Pout
Essie Cute As a Button
Essie Watermelon
Julie Big Red Bow
Color Club Gingerbread
For my thumb I started with Deborah Lippmann Shape of My Heart then did stripes with my medium length striper using all the polishes. My index is a base of Essie Cute As a Button then I randomly dotted the shape of a heart and went back and added some glitter at the end. My middle nail is a base of Color Club Gingerbread and then a dotted pink gradient. My ring nail is random spongling of pinks then I sponged some glitter on the end. Finally my pinky is Color Club Gingerbread with a striped heart using all my pinks and reds!
I loved these sparkly skittles and really enjoyed wearing them! My nails are much shorter because one nail chipped right off so I went as short as I could. Who says you can't rock shorties? ;)
Hope you all had a great V-Day and are enjoying your weekend! I'll see you all later with my Bent nails!! :D

The Digit-al Dozen Does Love: Beaded Hearts
Happy Valentine's Day loves! Whether you are celebrating with your significant other or with ice cream and a box of chocolates I hope you have a great day today. I will be heading home for Reading Week today! I'm super excited because I'm actually going to get to see my boyfriend today! He's a chef so he's making romantic meals for other couples tonight, but I get to see him once he's done and I can't wait!
I got the inspiration for today's nails when I hadn't put away the China Glaze Advant Garden collection yet and saw the pink, red and coral sitting beside each other. I knew I had to use them together!
I started with a white creme base then added a coat of Seche Vite. Then I proceeded with the watercolour method and pure acetone and created my watercolour base with China Glaze Mimomas Before Manis, China Glaze Passion for Petals and China Glaze Snap My Dragon.
It needed a little bling so I just added some bullion beads in the shape of hearts near my cuticle and I was done! Added another thick coat of Seche and I was out the door.
This was just enough for me. Soft and pretty with a tad of bling. I hope you guys are all having a wonderful Valentine's day no matter what you're doing?! Do you have any fun plans? Done any cool nails? Let me know! :D

The Digit-al Dozen Does Love: Fuzzy Hearts
Hey Everyone! Guess what!? I'm DONE my hell week! I finished my last mid-term this morning, finished writing my last project proposal and handed in my stats assignment! I am unbelievably stoked and ready for Reading Week (what we call Spring Break here in Canada lol). I have a lot I still need to get done over Reading Week, but for the next few days I'm going to do absolutely nothing. When I get home from campus today I plan on falling into a coma. CAN'T WAIT!
My nails are really what you are guys are here for, and today I have some fuzzy hearts to share with you. I haven't used any flocking powder in awhile and it caught my eye when I sat down to do these nails.

I started with Milani White On The Spot and then drew on my hearts with my medium length striper brush. I used Essence Off to Miami!, Essence Break Through and Essence Ultimate Pink. Then I picked out which flocking powder matched my polish. I went back over one heart at a time and painted a second coat of polish and then sprinkled the powder over the wet polish. I did one colour at a time so all the pink hearts, then the purple, then the coral.
After doing this I was COVERED in powder. Trying to get it off my hands to take pictures was a chore. So pleeeaaase forgive all the little bits that I thought I had gotten off, but my camera decided to pick up anyway lol.
All in all, these hearts were really fun! Whenever I have any sort of fuzz on my nails I always tend to constantly just rub my nails. It's like I'm petting them, but they're fun regardless of people giving you odd looks lool.
Would you wear these fuzzy nails? Or do you prefer a smooth surface on your nail? I hope you are all having a fab day and I will be counting down the hours until I can sleeep! :D
Make sure you check out the rest of the Digit-al Dozen girls!

The Digit-al Dozen Does Heartbreak: Bleeding Heart
Here we are with day 2 in The Digit-al Dozen Does Love and Heartbreak. Today's nails are of the heartbreak variety. They will be the only heartbreak nails I do, but I really like the overall outcome. They are kind of cool!
Even though I am lucky enough to have a wonderful Valentine I know a lot of people aren't and don't like February 14th all that much. So I again went to google to find some inspiration and found this wicked heart with with looks like stab wounds to it. It is actually a really cool image!
I started with a coat of black creme and then added a coat of Sephora by OPI Never Enough Shoes to just give the black a little more dimension. Then I added the white heart in the middle with Milani White On The Spot and my medium striping brush. Then the next step was going back with my striper and China Glaze Adventure Red-y, white creme and black creme and adding all the stabs. For some of them I first did a dot for a puncture and then added the drip with my striper. All in all this was actually pretty easy and didn't take much time at all!
Even though this heart is pretty dark, it looks really abstract to me and I'm totally digging it! Would you wear something this dark for Valentines Day?
Make sure you check out the other ladies nails!

The Digit-al Dozen Does Love: Dancing The Night Away
Welcome back to the second installment of The Digit-al Dozen here on Sincerely Stephanie! This week we will be doing Love and Heartbreak in honour of Valentine's Day this week. I will have mostly love themed manicures, because well I am madly in love with my fabulous boyfriend, but I did manage to come up with one heart break themed one! Here is my day 1!
I was inspired to do these when I found this really cute picture on Google Images after doing a search for Valentines Day. Creative I know. I loved the couples silhouette dancing against the red background and the hearts coming out from them.
I used Girly Bits Rouge as my base because it is red, glittery and oh so sparkly. Then I freehanded on the couple with black creme and my itty bitty nail art brush. They didn't come out quite as precise as I wanted, but I still like the idea. Then I took Color Club Harp On It and a small brush and drew on some holo hearts :)
I entered these nails in Harlow & Co.'s Valentine's Day nail art contest! If you like them I would really appreciate a vote! Or just go here and vote for whoever's you like best :)
This week is really cute and I'm really excited to see what the other girls come up with. Make sure to check them out using the inLinkz collection below!

Holographic and Hearts
Morning loves!
How's everyone doing this Saturday? I'm still essentially snowed in, we got over 30cm of snow yesterday and the roads still aren't good. I had my first ever University snow day yesterday and it was awful nice not to have to get up and head in to 8:30 class lol. Buuuut I spent my whole day working on a paper, and that's what I'll be doing again today lol. I hope everyone that was affected by yesterday's storm is safe and sound!
Since Valentines Day is less than a week away I thought it was time to do some V-Day nail art. Since I am crazy busy with school right now I don't have a ton of time I did some simple and cute stamping.
Cute right?! I used Color Club Harp On It a fantastic silver holo as my base and then stamped with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Rapid Red and MASH-38.
I didn't mean to invert the stamp on all my nails but my index, but it looks kinda neat that way I think! If I were to use this stamp again next year I think I would try for maybe only inverting it on my ring nail or something.
Even when I'm in a rush I like to have cute looking nails! I may be buried in work, but my fingertips will still going to look cute as a button ;)
What are you all up to today? I hope to make more progress on my paper! Wish me luck! :D

Valentine's Funky French
Happy Valentine's Day Loves!
I hope you are all having a wonderful Valentine's no matter what your relationship status and think that everyone should have a little self love on Valentine's as well :) As for me tonight I will be all by my lonesome more than likely swatching and probably doing a little bit of art. For some reason my brain has been swirling around with nail art ideas since yesterday so there will be lots to look forward to in the future!
The nails I have for you today were originally supposed to be for the No Hearts day of my challenge, that unfortunately got sidetracked with family emergencies and getting sick. So here they are!
It's very cute and totally work appropriate! I did this last week so it's not what I'm wearing today, I will post that tonight once I get a chance to watermark the photos! Two posts in one day! Look at me go! :D
Love you all and hope you're having a wonderful day!
Until next time,
Sincerely Stephanie

To get this I did a coat of Essie's Kisses and Bisses, which is a beautiful sheer light pink shimmer polish that is absolutely perfect for french manicures. I will be using it for a number of funky frenches! The french portion of this I was inspired by Copy That Copy Cat's Colour Blocking manicure. She has an awesome tutorial on how to here!
I used Wet n Wild's Undercover for the first swipe, China Glaze Don't Touch My Tiara for the second swipe, China Glaze Vermillion for the third and finished with OPI Congeniality is My Middle Name.

Love you all and hope you're having a wonderful day!

I'm Back! With some Valentine's Nails
Hey Everyone,
So this past week I have been so sick. The doctors thought I had mono, but thank goodness the blood-work said no! Anyway I was sleeping between 16-18 hours a day and didn't eat a thing all week other than maybe 2 jellos that my boyfriend gave me the evil eye until I managed to finish. I'm still not back to 100% but I am for sure on the mend and will hopefully be getting back to regular posting soon, but for now I am just going to do a few valentine's day nails and even if they don't line up with my challenge exactly I'll do my best :)
So for today I have some Valentines Nails from the vault that I never posted it semi lines up with what should have been the 10th's post, Inspired by a picture. Here's the picture,
This is what I did from that,
I thought the glitter acted as the little balls and I then sponged on the LOVE YOU and the hearts. The polishes I used were China Glaze Love Marilyn and China Glaze White on White then topped off with a coat of SV!
Hope you guys like this and I will venture to do some cool looking Valentine's Nails tonight for tomorrow! Love you all!
If you haven't you should check out my friend Goisa's blog. She is venturing to complete my Valentine's Day Challenge!
Until next time,
Sincerely Stephanie

Day Three of Valentine's Challenge: WHITE
Good Morning loves!
Today is day three of my challenge WHITE nails. I LOVEEEEE what I came up with. It's not completely white but the base is white and that's what matters here right?! ;)
Here is the final result!
This is my left hand and once I finished this I wasn't crazy about the heart on my ring finger. I think the black outline was putting me off because the rest of it was so pretty and pastel! So I did something different on my right hand!
Now I am totally crazy about this. I'm really proud of myself for freehanding 9 hearts on my nubbin of a ring finger with my non dominant hand!
To get this look I started with 2 coats of China Glaze White on White then added a coat of Essie's Pure Pearlfection Luxeffects. Now I am wild about this. The shine it gives over the stark white is just gorgeous. I will do a swatch of it once this challenge is over. Once that dried I did a coat of Seche Vite and then freehanded all the hearts with a small dotting tool. The polishes for the hearts were Revlon's Charming (purple), Wet n Wild's Lavender Creme (hot pink, they got the name wrong there not a hint of lavender in it!) and L'Oreals Trust Fund Baby (light pink).
What do you guys think? Do you like the right or left hand better? Let me know in the comments! :)
Until next time,
Sincerely Stephanie

Day Two of Valentine's Challenge: RED
Good Morning!
Today is day 2 of the challenge, RED nails. This is what I did!
Very simple, but a beautiful effect. All I did was two coats of Sephora's Sample Sale and then one coat of Essie's As Gold As It Gets. I had orginally planned to do a gold glitter gradient on top of this, but the effect of As Gold As It Gets on its own was so stunning that I didn't want to touch it! It is a beautiful gold flakie that reflects beautifully in a variety of light. I had a hard time capturing the true beauty of this polish with my camera, I'm pretty sure I took about 125 pictures! Also please don't mind the complete lack of shape of my index finger. I chipped it rather badly, but the challenge must continue! So hopefully my nails grow fast :)
So simple, but really beautiful. Can't wait to show you guys what I have in store for tomorrow! I'm bursting with Valentine's creativity!
Until next time,
Sincerely Stephanie
