Daring Digits Superhero Collection

Morning loves! I'm back from the cottage today! It was such an amazing relaxing getaway and I'm soooo glad that we decided to head up there! Great way to celebrate being done my semester!

Today I've got the fantabulous Daring Digits Superhero Collection to share with you. Now it's not often that I will buy a full collection of something, but these? I just had to. I am kind of a huge nerd in real life so these polishes are riiiiiight up my alley! Let's see the superhero goodness!

There are lots of pictures in this one so keep reading after the jump!

First up we have Iron Man. This is one coat of Iron Man over two coats of Essie Pretty Edgy. This was the polish in the collection that immediately caught my eye. It is filled with very small and small red and gold hex glitters as well as micro gold holo glitters. It completely screams Iron Man to me! I think she captured him perfectly. Check out the macro shot below to see how completely awesome this really is.

Next up we've got na na na na na na Batman! I previously featured this polish on my thumb along with some Batman nail art here, but this polish is totally worth a full swatch of its own. Since I had already shown you Batman over yellow, I decided to put it over OPI My Boyfriend Scales the Walls. This was about 1.5 coats of Batman, I placed some of the larger glitters and just a note that some of the hexes like to clump together so I had a little bit of work separating them out. Batman is filled with medium gold and black hex glitter, small gold and black hex glitter and micro gold holo glitter.

Now we have the incredible Spiderman! I have had a Spiderman pencil case since grade 9 that I still bring to all my university classes with me. It's epic. Just like him. This is shown over two coats of Cult Nails Manipulative. Spiderman is full of small and medium red hex glitter, small matte blue glitter and black bar glitter. Just to note that the shimmer seen here is coming from Manipulative and not from Spiderman, Spiderman is in a clear base.

Last and most certainly not least we have Robin! Robin is shown over two coats of Essence Wanna Be Your Sunshine. Robin is a really interesting polish, and what makes it unique is the small green square glitter throughout it! There is also gold small holo glitter and small red glitter throughout. There is a little bit of a Christmas vibe to it and I think over a green or red this will be perfect for the holiday season!

I really love all of these Superman polishes! Not only for their names, but I think Ashley really captured each superhero in the polish. Are you a superhero fan? Which of these do you like? Have you ever bought a collection soley for the names of the polishes?

Daring Digits can be found on in Ashley's Etsy Shop for $7.25 for a full size 12mL bottle or $3.50 for a 5mL mini bottle. You can snag the whole Superhero collection for $26.00! You can also keep up with Daring Digits on Facebook!

Hope you are all having a fabulous day! Thanks for stopping by! Remember to come back tomorrow and see my last twin post with Carmela! ;)

  3. Haha this winter I ordered the collection just for its theme - CG Hunger Games collection!)
Btw there was glitter in it - Electrify, which is similar to Iron Man) This was my first thought when I saw that red and gold glitters and later I wore it to Avengers movie))
But this one is also cute) And I like Spiderman - this bar glitter is an awesome idea!
