BLUE NAILS!
If you've been following me for awhile you *might* know about this obsession that I have with blue nails. It has to be my complete favourite colour on nails and I would wear blue nails over and over and over again. So when it came to deciding what to do for today I was over excited. I drew out like a million ideas and then just couldn't pick one. So I was looking through my closet and found my inspiration! A random blue leopard print dress I forgot I had!
When I was in the states dropping my sister off at school, I had found one of my lemmings, that I have picked up and put down again three or four times China Glaze Splish Splash so I started off with two easy coats. Sidenote. One of my new favourite blues! So gorgeous. It's currently residing on my toes.
Then I added a coat of China Glaze Dorothy Who? to give it some sparkle. Then with a dotting tool added a leopardish pattern with Wet n Wild Black Creme and then added some pieces with Ulta Little Black Dress, another awesome states find! Finally I added a few spots with Wet n Wild Hallucinate to add a little holo sparkle!
Not the most complex nail art I've ever done, but holy I love it! Blue, uh check. Awesome leopard print, double check. Easy to do, triple check. This is my kinda mani.
And here's a pic with the dress! See how well it matches! :D
I hope you like my Day 5 nails! Make sure you head over to The Lacquerologist to see what she came up with! Emily has been totally killing this challenge!
Come back tomorrow to see some violet nails! Five days down twenty-six left to go!
Ahh so cute! I love how sparkly it is :)

ReplyDeleteThanks so much Lizzy!
DeleteI think there should be a rule that no leopard print manis should be done in boring, normal coloured cremes. Blue is definitely the way to go!
ReplyDeleteTotally agreed! <3
